1. Booking retreats and pre-contract information

When you book a retreat tour online, you must receive clear pre-contract information before you are bound, including the seller’s identity and contact details and key contract terms, in a clear form.

2. Distance/online booking mechanics

If the offer/booking is concluded purely electronically, we provide required distance-contract mechanics on our official website, including a clearly labeled booking/ordering function where applicable. We also ensure consumer-facing contract information for e-commerce ordering and acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kineticbour.com and the retreat organizers are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure. Our liability for issues attributable to your actions or omissions is limited according to applicable law.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with service operation. Do not attempt to disrupt the booking process or access restricted areas.

9. Advertising and partner content

Any sponsored or advertising content must be clearly identifiable and must not mislead. If advertiser identification rules apply, the destination and presentation should reflect truthful commercial information.
