• To manage and confirm bookings, including distance-contract mechanics where applicable.
• To ensure contract performance and provide required pre-contract and consumer information.

For e-commerce contracts, we ensure required consumer-facing contract information is provided, including where ordering/acceptance is done electronically: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015.

We process personal data under the requirements of Ukrainian law and in line with the Personal Data Law: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only when necessary to fulfill bookings and related administrative steps, or when required by law.

8. Advertising

If we present advertising or sponsored content, it must be clearly identifiable and not misleading in line with advertising rules: Закон України № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996 "Про рекламу".
